Ecoer Introduces Unitary Systems Featuring IoT Technology

by | Feb 20, 2019 | Press Releases

The Ecoer Smart Inverter series of unitary systems consists of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-ton models with a SEER of 20. These models provide efficient heating with outdoor temperatures as low as 5°F and efficient cooling at 114 °F under low noise operation.

Using Ecoer apps, information on the Smart Inverter systems can be sent to contractors, including current status, self-diagnostics, fault prediction, fault and operating history, and fault alerts on all key components. With the Ecoer Smart Box, the systems are also equipped with a demand-response function to help homeowners save money and keep their homes comfortable and to help utility companies manage the grid.

The compact design of the Ecoer Smart Inverter series makes installation easy as only two control wires are required. Its outdoor units can connect with all existing non-inverter R410A indoor units. The Ecoer apps also provide a final check of system functions.

The Smart Inverter series of products was first introduced at the 2018 AHR Expo in Chicago
