Ecoer Parts Claim
We apologize that the Ecoer part(s) you are claiming has malfunctioned. Follow the simple steps below to file a claim for parts registered under a warranty. If you need to register a warranty for a unit, click here.
Follow these steps to file a products claim:
Step 1: Call our Technical Support Number or email us while at the job site to determine the issue. They will be able to help determine issue from by using the IoT Gateway data. If deemed a warranty claim, you will receive an RMA to give to your distributor.
Step 2: Distributors should log into Ecoer’s distributor login and select Claim. Fill out the Dealer/Contractor and Homeowner information and follow the prompts to submit. Please provide the RMA that the contractor received from Technical Support to process the claim.
Step 3: For most warranty claims involving specified parts (ie. PC Board, Motors, Compressor, Coils, TXV), the part must be brought back to the distributor you purchased the Ecoer unit from. Distributors must send part back to Ecoer Inc. for testing and full credit.
To expedite the process, we ask that you have the following information readily available:
- The serial number(s) of the equipment you have purchased
- Your general information, including name, address and phone number
- The name and ZIP Code of the dealer who installed your equipment
- An email address, should you prefer to share it, to receive updates on your registration and products
