Personal Use Program Distributor Instructions

Guidelines

1. The contractor is to fill out the attached form, and certify that they will only be using this for personal use and not for resale.
2. The total discount to the contractor is 40%, of which Ecoer will contribute 3/4.
3. Ecoer will reimburse the distributor our contribution amount in the form of a credit to the distributor.
4. This program is only available for Ecoer stocking distributors.
5. There is a limit of 2 personal use systems per contractor, all time.
6. This is the contractor personal use program for the calendar year 2024 and 2025.

Instructions

1. Send in the personal use application to programs@ecoer.com along with your Invoice to the contractor, showing a 40% discount to the contractor for the Ecoer system as a bottom of invoice discount. The serial numbers for the equipment included in the personal use discount must be included with the invoice, or noted otherwise by the distributor.
2. Ecoer will send a credit memo for our portion of the discount.

Dealer Personal Use Program

I _____________________ of ____________________________ company, certify that I am going to use this Ecoer system for personal use. I hereby understand that I will not use this program to purchase an Ecoer system at a discount to resell it or install it in a customer’s home.

• This is a 40% discount on all Ecoer equipment/accessories used for this personal use system
• Ecoer will split this 40% discount with your distributor as a thank you for trying out our systems!
• The IoT gateway is required to be installed with all personal use systems
• This is the contractor personal use program for the calendar year 2024 and 2025.
