- Locate your outdoor unit.
- Find the Ecoer Monitoring Module mounted on the outdoor unit.
- Locate the Serial Number (SN) on the Monitoring Module label.
- Enter the Monitoring Module SN during checkout for verification.

Which models qualify?
Eligibility depends on your outdoor unit model and existing monitoring coverage. Please refer to the Service Eligibility by Model table above to determine which monitoring upgrades or labor protection plans are available for your system.
How does registration work?
During checkout, enter your Monitoring Module Serial Number (SN) and select your qualifying system model. Once your purchase is verified, your monitoring upgrade or labor protection coverage will be activated and linked to your registered Ecoer system.
Is a Monitoring Module required?
Yes. A compatible Ecoer Monitoring Module is required for monitoring services. The module enables system performance tracking, diagnostics, alerts, and remote monitoring capabilities.
