Contractor must call Technical Support Number 1-855-598-4093 or email email@example.com while at the jobsite to determine issue. They will be able to help determine issue from by using the IoT Gateway data. If deemed a warranty claim, you will receive an RMA to give to your distributor.
Distributor should log onto Ecoer website www.ecoer.com and select Claim at the top of the site. Fill out Dealer/Contractor and Homeowner information and follow the prompts to submit. Please provide the RMA that the contractor received from Technical Support to process the claim.
For most warranty claims involving specified parts (ie. PC Board, Motors, Compressor, Coils, TXV), the part must be brought back to the distributor you purchased the Ecoer unit from. Distributors must send part back to Ecoer Inc. for testing and full credit.
Refer the parts list to obtain part number
Describe the nature of the problem and the service work performed. Give all proper information, including failed components, specific leak locations, i.e. "repaired leak" will not be accepted.

Thank you for your recent purchase. Though not required to get the protection of the standard warranty, registering your product is a relatively short process, and entitles you to additional warranty protection, except that failure by California and Quebec residents to complete this form does not diminish their warranty rights.
To expedite the process, we ask that you have the following information readily available
The homeowner agrees to purchase from a Certified Ecoer Dealer, the (ESSS) Monitoring Service for the period of time selected below. This (ESSS) Monitoring Service is a paid subscription and use AT&T 4G LTE cellular data to send their system information to the cloud-based platform for monitoring by Ecoer Inc. and your selected Certified Ecoer Dealer. By signing this agreement, the homeowner gives the rights to Ecoer and their selected Certified Ecoer Dealer the ability to monitor their hvac system(s). This agreement will extend the monitoring, (that was included in the promotional period of time), when the Ecoer system was originally purchased from the factory. The homeowner has a right to disconnect the monitoring service at any time but will lose the capability of the monitoring service by their selected Certified Ecoer Dealer.
The homeowner has the ability at any time to change the selected Certified Ecoer Dealer, but they must contact Ecoer Inc., directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to do so. At the end of your selected monitoring service agreement, you will receive an email stating that your service needs to be renewed. Please contact your selected Certified Ecoer Dealer to extend your ESSS Monitoring Service.

The (ESSS) Monitoring Service Agreement prices are provided by your selected Certified Ecoer Dealer and is paid to Ecoer Inc., which setups and handles the monitoring service.
By signing this agreement, you authorize your selected Certified Ecoer Dealer and Ecoer Inc. to charge you for the subscription to (ESSS) for the time period selected above.
