Register Your Ecoer System

Ecoer provides up to a 10-year limited warranty on internal functional parts* for qualifying matched Ecoer systems when registered by a qualified Ecoer dealer within 90 days of installation. Systems that are not registered within the required timeframe receive a 5-year limited warranty.

This limited warranty applies to equipment installed at the original installation address and is transferable for up to 10 years from the installation date.

With Ecoer warranty coverage, homeowners gain added peace of mind knowing eligible replacement parts are covered at no charge during the warranty period. Coverage includes components originally installed as part of the Ecoer heat pump system at the time of manufacture.

Extended Warranty and Monitoring

At Ecoer, our motto is “Comfort. Perfected.” That commitment extends beyond installation with enhanced protection plans designed to deliver long-term peace of mind and smarter system support.

Eligible Ecoer systems include:

  • Up to 10 years of labor warranty coverage
  • 3 years of system monitoring with the Ecoer Monitoring Module

Homeowners who want additional protection and extended monitoring can choose from the following upgrade options:

Comfort Defense Plus

Extend monitoring coverage for an additional 7 years for continued system visibility, support, and performance insights.

Premier Comfort

Extend both monitoring and labor coverage for an additional 7 years for maximum long-term protection and peace of mind.

Warranty Enforcement Policy

If the same system error code is triggered three (3) times within a 30-day period and remains unresolved, the system warranty may be subject to limitation in accordance with Ecoer’s terms and conditions.

This policy is designed to:

  • Ensure system issues are addressed promptly
  • Maintain optimal equipment performance
  • Protect long-term system reliability
Notification & Escalation Process

To support timely issue resolution, Ecoer follows a structured notification process:

Initial Alert

The contractor is notified when the system detects an issue.

Escalation Notice

If the issue is not addressed, a follow-up notification is sent to the homeowner.

Final Notice

Continued inaction will result in a final notice indicating potential warranty impact.

Unresolved Condition
If alerts continue without resolution, warranty coverage may be limited.
This process ensures transparency and shared responsibility between all parties.
