Did you know that HVAC companies now use advanced technology that can make your home more efficient thus saving you, the homeowner, money? One company that is using this advanced technology is Ecoer. At Ecoer, the motto is, “The Future is Now.” Ecoer’s patented and innovative IoT Technology makes it safer for HVAC contractors and homeowners during COVID-19, while also helps to make every home with an Ecoer product more efficient in terms of cost and saving the environment, one air conditioner at a time!

IoT Technology

IoT technology, or Internet of Things, consists of data communication through a cloud and works similarly to a smart device. This means that the information and data collected from one of Ecoer’s air conditioning units is sent directly to an Ecoer cloud which in turn sends that information to the assigned contractor’s Smart Service Mobile App as a notification. This smart system not only provides contractors with important data, analytics and updates about installed Ecoer air conditioners but also gives them the ability to make changes remotely or pull any real-time or historical data on cooling/heating capacities, system statuses or system failures to ensure that homeowners will be comfortable 24/7.

Contractors will receive automatic alerts if there is an imbalance in the refrigerant levels, if the filter requires cleaning or replacing, and if there is any system or component failures. In addition to these alerts, contractors also have the HVAC contractors will also have access to recommended solutions for each potential fault encountered by the user, components and parts preparation, and customer’s home efficiency improvement.

Staying Safe Through COVID-19

Ecoer’s unique technology works to keep homeowners and HVAC contractors safe through COVID-19 by minimizing the number of times that contractors will need to make home-visits. As always, the safety of Ecoer’s customers and HVAC contractors are the top priority. To ensure their safety as well as their surrounding communities’, please continue following the proper CDC guidelines.
